Only a couple weeks later than expected.
The news is buried in today's Tribune in an article about hot dogs and wine. (Doug pairs a pinot noir to go with a regular hot dog).
It has been a long summer without my favorite sausage shop.

We went there today (Labor Day), and the windows were still papered over. Anybody know when Hot Doug's is REALLY reopening?

Unfortunately, I found the same thing. There is no new news on a real, re-opening date.

I tried to go to Hot Doug's on Sept. 30 and it was still papered windows and closed -- dissappointing!
