LTHForum.com turned three years old this month and it's success as a nexus for Chicago's culinary explorers has far surpassed many expectations.

Recently five LTHForum.com moderators, myself included, sat down with Chicago food writer Michael Nagrant of the always-engaging Hungrymag.com for an extended interview about the past, present, and future of our grass-roots food-chat site. The interview is nearly two hours long (so it's geared towards the unemployed or terminally bored) and contains some interesting tidbits. Nagrant indexes the time of different topics so you can fast-forward if you want.

In related news, I have returned from Italy and I've begun eating in Chicago again. Since this site is strictly Chicago-focused, you can read about what and how I ate in Italy in the Beyond Chicagoland section at LTHForum.com.
