LTHForum.com turned three years old this month and it's success as a nexus for Chicago's culinary explorers has far surpassed many expectations.
Recently five LTHForum.com moderators, myself included, sat down with Chicago food writer Michael Nagrant of the always-engaging Hungrymag.com for an extended interview about the past, present, and future of our grass-roots food-chat site. The interview is nearly two hours long (so it's geared towards the unemployed or terminally bored) and contains some interesting tidbits.
